Period Story
Well, lets talk about hormones and periods. I am not going to talk about the biology , the estrogen progesterone story and the fall and rise. Let's talk about behavior . lets talk about observations at least some of you can relate. well everyone's cycle hits different. But I believe there are some commonalities. I believe hormone is a kind of intoxicant.Don't laugh at me,you observe your behavior . You are not you when one of your hormone decide to spike up!! I sn't that true? For the people who don't keep a tab on their period dates,they don't need any!Their body is going to say that to them.Suddenly you are so tired. Suddenly you sleep straight 10-11 hours and the next day you read a piece of a story which wont make you cry normally , but that day you cry rivers! Man!! I sn't that crazy!!You cry rivers and the next day or the very night you see your uterus also weeping shedding bloody tears!! The behavior before you get your periods may have evolution
