The Water Bottle - Part 3

Mr. Roy read that mail for at least 2-3 times just to confirm if this was real. He had that excitement to meet his friend for the first time. Mr. Roy literally became a fan of Rohaan that he hold a huge respect to him. Mr. Roy rushed back to the hall. The welcome speech was progressing. Mr.Roy went to the people who managed the organizers desk and took the attendance sheet. There he searched if he could see Rohaan's name. it was there. 5th from the last. but it was named as "Shahzaad Rohaan", he just reversed it! so that people won't notice it quickly. Mr. Roy expected these kind of strange things from him. He was the chief guest here. But He entered there as a participant and nobody understood. Even the organizers desk didn't notice , as they were in a last minute rush. Mr. Roy scanned the entire hall. He knew ,it was a useless thing to do. But Mr .Roy did know that Rohaan had figured him out. That was the only hope Mr. Roy had. 

An anchor from the backstage approached Mr. Roy anxiously. She came and enquired whether the chief guest would be here or not anytime soon?

For which Mr. Roy carefully replied that "He is here already". Anchor got panicked. She reminded that the guest should be on the stage along with the felicitators. for which Mr. Roy said, "no need of that. After welcome address just proceed as you planned. Invite me to introduce the chief guest of the day. I will handle this." 

Anchor left briskly to the backstage. Mr. Roy took a deep breath. He had that blind trust over Rohaan.

Welcome speech was over. Then came the announcement. "Here I invite Professor Roy Jones to introduce the Key note speaker of the day.

The audience and the other chief guests looked each other with a lot of confusion. The main resource person is not yet here. Then why would Roy introduce him now? There was murmuring among the people. But Roy entered the podium.

and he began.

Good Morning to one and all..

I am not going to give you a long introduction about the man of the day. Only curious thing I can really share with you all is, like everyone of you, I am also going to meet him for the first time. The name of him doesn't even need an Introduction. I even know why this hall is this packed today. Every single one of us is breathtakingly waiting to see the resource person today. Perhaps the most interesting thing is , despite a lot of paper he has in his name, this is his second conference overseas. Everybody must be wondering now that , why am I giving an intro for a person who is not yet here. That is where the thrill lies. HE IS ALREADY HERE. .Amidst you, as one among you. , which I came to know just a few minutes before. 

People where in total awe.. They were all surprised at this never seen kind of scenes in a conference.

Mr.Roy continued...

People where looking around to see who is this person. 

and a man stood up from the middle part of the audience row. The exact 10th seat towards the left end of the hall, with a pleasant , wide and beautiful smile.!
